Parents, if you need a player release or have one from another organization please read.......
If you are leaving the avalanche and need a release please mail the release form and a self addressed stamped envelope to 600 Quality Dr Hooksett, NH 03106. Casey Kesselring will sign and mail back.
If you are new to the program, you need to obtain a release from your previous program. Please do not send it to the rink! Please hold on to it until you can give it to the team manager!
